Booking & Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. The deposit will be applied toward your service total.

Deposits must be paid at the time of booking via our online booking system or direct payment link.

Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.
Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the full cost of the service being charged. This amount must be paid before rebooking.
Late Policy

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled and considered a no-show.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all services and deposits are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied, please let us know within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
